high-stress lives are particularly prone to Heat style sinus conditions. Heat
style sinus is often characterized by yellow or green phlegm, thirst, red tongue
and nails, and a fast pulse. When individuals have had occasional sinus problems
over an extended period of time, both Heat style and Cold style conditions can
be present; for these cases, use CB and HB together for best
results.
