Property and Function: Warm
and slightly Cool. Keeps Mucus, Phlegm, and Heat clear
which rises up with Rebellious, Ascending Qi; regulates
the Gallbladder and Stomach functions; balances Qi circulation.*
Primary Traditional Usage :
- Sleeplessness characterized by difficulty falling asleep*
- Restless sleep associated with irritability, anger
or overactive dreaming*
Combination: For occasional
nausea,* combine with XCH
